It's so hard to step outside your comfort zone but sometimes you've just got to do it!

Maybe foolishly I volunteered to direct my son's scout panto production this year and last Sunday was our first rehearsal so I had about 30 kids including some teenagers all staring at me as I talked about how excited I was and how it was going to be a great show!

I'm sure they probably all thought I was a bit of a plonker! But I'm still going to show up every Sunday so we can put this show together (which is going to be great by the way!)

When you start your own business you are way out of your comfort zone but keep taking those small steps as even a small amount of movement is progress.
